Meet The Team
Brian Moore – Founder
Brian oversees day-to-day operations, logistics, and account management. As a hands-on leader, he ensures each event runs smoothly from planning to execution. His attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction make him a key point of contact for many of our partners and customers.
Dimitri Kapalis – Founder
Dimitri leads our delivery, setup, and project management teams. With a deep understanding of field operations and customer needs, he ensures every job is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard. Dimitri’s leadership in the field helps us deliver consistent, professional results.
Dan Nguyen – Founder
Dan works mostly behind the scenes, helping drive long-term vision, operations strategy, and business development for Top Line. As the founder of multiple companies, he brings a strong entrepreneurial mindset and provides strategic support across departments. While not involved in day-to-day logistics, Dan consults on operations and supports key client accounts to ensure the company continues to grow with intention.
Andrew Talvey – Financial Coordinator
Andrew Talvy is our Financial Coordinator, overseeing day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. He brings strong organizational skills and attention to detail, helping keep our operations efficient and on track.
Pete T. – Marketing Coordinator
Pete manages marketing across all channels, including social media, email newsletters, website updates, and print materials. His creative approach helps promote the Top Line brand and keeps clients informed and engaged with everything we offer.
